EI est tout incident ou dysfonctionnement associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des soins et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;usager ou de ses proches lors de votre s\u00e9jour \u00e0 la clinique.<\/p><p>Malgr\u00e9 la mise en place de toutes les mesures et actions de pr\u00e9vention, la survenue d&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e8nements ind\u00e9sirables associ\u00e9s aux soins et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patients ne peut pas \u00eatre totalement emp\u00each\u00e9e.<\/p><p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi nous sollicitons toutes les parties prenantes \u00e0 d\u00e9clarer tout
